Shipping and Returns
We are Manufacturer & Exproter of entire range of Costume Jewellery. Our range include : Necklaces, Bracelets, Cuffs, Pendants, Earrings & lots more. We undertake the traditional art and craft business in a modern and professional way. Our manufacuring unit has specialized people from the tribal art and craft. We take special care in packaging and delivery. We use authentic material to retain the traditional taste and flavour of the art and craft. Besides we continously upgrade and revise our range according to the season, mood and festivities. Our infrastructure posseses all those facilities that make our export unit a successful one. We have a proper warehouse facility that ensures proper storing of products to maintain the quality. Packaging is given due importance for the easy and safe transportation of items to the destination. We have a reliable well-coordination transportation network that facilitates the delivery of products in the stipulated time period.
Payment Methods: Currently we do not accept "Cash on Delivery". Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash Cards/Cash in Advance payment methods are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
We follow "No Returns Policy" except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects
2. Wrong product was shipped
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
c. To return an item, please email to email@example.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Craftsvilla.com for future purchases.
f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to dispatch product within 7 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped within 5 working days. We have FREE shipping all over India. For International shipments we follow Craftsvilla Shipping Policy.
