The feel of wood, the earthiness of hand made beads, the jumble of colorful yarn, such apparently humdrum raw materials turn up in her lively and surprising designs.Named after the baroque pearl, whose uneven surface and asymmetric shape makes it even more beautiful, the label gets all its spontaneous energy from the irregular form. Barohk is fun. It is moody, charming. And most of all, it is intensely personal and liberating.
All Barohk jewelry is delicately hand-crafted. These pieces are very trendy and elegant. There may be slight color variations/natural imperfection in the beads/stones that is inevitable and not a manufacturing flaw.Natural stones & shells tend to have some natural defects which cannot always be avoided. However we would aim to do so. We have taken utmost care to show the accurate color of jewelry, however there may be slight variance in shades.
Payment Methods: Currently we do not accept "Cash on Delivery". Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash Cards/Cash in Advance payment methods are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
We follow "No Returns Policy" except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects
2. Wrong product was shipped
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
c. To return an item, please email to customercare@craftsvilla.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Craftsvilla.com for future purchases.
f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to dispatch product within 7 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped within 5 working days. We have FREE shipping all over India. For International shipments we follow Craftsvilla Shipping Policy.
