Shipping and Returns
Champa Qali was founded in September 2011 and is an endevour to find the Xany happiness,creativity & eclectic streak in the young modern Indian woman! Champa Qali is designing, experimenting and innovating on a daily basis.There are tons of "Eureka" moments while sleeping, eating, watching movies or chatting! Champa Qali is unique as far as colors, styles & designs are concerned!. It is a language that is contemporary yet ethnic. Champa Qali is the name by which I tease my daughter and the name got stuck! We are headed to be a potpourri filled with a rich and vibrant color palette. You will find unique, fun, young handmade jewelery, handbags in the portals of Champa Qali.
Payment Methods: Currently we do not accept "Cash on Delivery". Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash Cards/Cash in Advance payment methods are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: These are not machine crafted products and therefore I would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, I have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. Please see below for more details regarding this.
We follow "No Returns Policy" except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects
2. Wrong product was shipped
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered . Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than me) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within two (2) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after two (2) days from receipt of item(s).
c. To return an item, please email to customercare@craftsvilla.com and you will get instructions for return from me.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written .
e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Craftsvilla.com for future purchases.
Shipping Policy: My products are shipped within 2 working days. I have FREE shipping all over India. For International shipments I follow Craftsvilla Shipping Policy.
