Monkey Parchment Coffee Powder

The monkey parchment coffee is a speciality coffee from Chikmagalur (Karnataka). This highly rare coffee is is available in roasted powder form.

The Rhesus monkey found in the hills of Chikmagalur chews up the finest and sweetest Arabica coffee berries found there and then and spits out the coffee seed. This allows an enzymatic breakdown of the berry offering it a unique taste and flavour which is superior.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Note 1: This is to be used as any other filter coffee. It is not instant coffee powder.
