If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product.
Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.

Returns and Replacements:

Any product shipped by Craftsvilla can be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. Also some of our products are shipped by Craftsvilla.com and some are shipped by Sellers directly to customers. For products shipped by Sellers (posted in the description of the product), there is no exchange and no return. Craftsvilla.com will help you in return process of damaged and defective products from Sellers.

Conditions for return:

• All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
• Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
• All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
• To return an item, please email to customercare@craftsvilla.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
• The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
• For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Craftsvilla.com for future purchases.

Refunds:

You will receive a store voucher in your email within 14 days of receipt of return. Store voucher will be valid for three (3) months. You can use this voucher to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store voucher will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).
