India has a long history of using natural ingredients in beauty products and we at tvam have worked on bringing new and state of the art beauty products that capture the essence of nature to you. tvam is pronounced as “thwam” and it means “YOU” in Sanskrit. tvam was created for you to enjoy Nature’s Purest Skincare products. Our products are of the highest quality and we use only the purest plant extracts with maximum content of natural ingredients. We are motivated by our belief in plants as effective ingredients in the improvement and maintenance of healthier, younger looking skin. Our mission is to promote a Natural lifestyle and provide high quality, natural health products to our customers with best possible prices. After a number of years of research and testing, we have identified a complete range of beauty care products that will suit every skin type. Crisy Vasan, She is an Engineer in Electronics & Communications from MIT Manipal and Masters in Computer Science & Engineering from Oakland University, MI, USA. She has worked in the IT industry in Chennai and in USA. While raising her family, she realized the need to bring back the goodness of nature’s ingredients in cosmetics and how India’s ancient traditions can and should be promoted. She is passionate about using natural ingredients, delivering quality products and providing a wide range of beauty products to her clients. TVAM was thus born in September 2007.
Payment Methods: Currently we do not accept "Cash on Delivery". Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash Cards/Cash in Advance payment methods are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
We follow "No Returns Policy" except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects
2. Wrong product was shipped
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
c. To return an item, please email to customercare@craftsvilla.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Craftsvilla.com for future purchases.
f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to dispatch product within 7 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Shipping Policy: Our products are shipped within 5 working days. We have FREE shipping all over India. For International shipments we follow Craftsvilla Shipping Policy.
